Come and discover our dream: to create a vineyard on land where wine has been made for over a thousand years. We invite you to our estate, a haven in the heart of the Montagnola Senese, a protected area of extraordinary beauty where time seems to stand still and you can truly feel free.



Our agriturismo stands atop a hill, surrounded by ancient forests and crossed by the famous “strade bianche” of Tuscany—the gravel roads winding through vineyards, olive groves, and medieval walls. Getting here is part of the experience: a journey through dreamlike landscapes, where every turn reveals a view worthy of a Renaissance painting.



We offer three apartments, each accessed by stairs and tastefully decorated with attention to detail. Each features spacious double bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, and bathroom, designed for you to enjoy the peace, privacy, and serenity of the surroundings. Two bedrooms have air conditioning, while the third, next to the living room, has a fan.



During your stay, you’ll have access to the pool (open April to October), hot tub, sauna, as well as our olive groves, vineyards, and the surrounding forest. Here you can taste organic products we cultivate with passion, depending on the season.



Montagnola Senese, at 580 m above sea level and 25 minutes from Siena, is a mosaic of hills covered with oaks and chestnuts—ideal for hiking, cycling, and enjoying ancient landscapes.



You can visit some of Tuscany’s most fascinating gems: Siena, Monteriggioni, San Gimignano, Volterra, and many more timeless villages.



We only ask that you help preserve this paradise by placing your trash in the local bins.

modern, nice, calme & slept well

Pros: We love it ! We enjoyed an awesome stay at Brotes. The appartement is furnished with love, very good beddings and a nice garden with vegetables to pick up for dinner. The combination of the old house with modern technology is really nice made. The owner is very friendly and give you support for all your needs. The area is very calme, some wild animals you to see and hear. Thank you for the beautiful time in Toscana.

Super séjour à la Cetina Marianna est une hôte prévenante et attentive à toutes nos demandes. L appartement est superbe, bien équipé, pratique joliment décoré Superbe piscine et jacuzzi mais non visible de l appartement Pas de terrasse à l appartement mais nombreuses tables au bord de la piscine ou à l ombre des arbres Route de montagne rendant les trajets en voiture assez longs Environnement calme et très beau idéal pour se reposer

Prachtig huis

Pros: Het huis was super. Mooi zwembad, hottub, pizzaoven/bbq, moestuin en prachtig italiaans uitzicht. In het appartementen is aan alles gedacht, ziet er modern en netjes uit, een aanrader! Cons: De locatie is wel echt afgelegen. Je moet rekening houden met een lang grindpad a 15/20min voor je op een normale weg bent. De dichts bijzijnde supermarkt is op 30min rijden. Sienna is maar 13km nik het appartement vandaan maar je doet er ruim 30 min over om er te komen. Zorg dus dat je voor aankomst zorgt dat je een ontbijtje gekocht hebt voor de volgende dag zodat je niet eerst een uur onderweg bent.
