Boisguérin is a beautifully renovated former farmhouse in Souvigné, in the Deux-Sèvres countryside, close to Saint-Maixent-l’École. With no immediate neighbours, it is an exceptionally peaceful place for holidays with family or friends.

The house comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests, with 4 bedrooms, 4 shower rooms and 3 fully equipped kitchens, as well as several living and dining areas. The flexible sleeping arrangements can provide up to 14 individual sleeping places, making the house particularly suitable for groups.

The house is surrounded by 15 acres of private grounds, including gardens, orchards, meadows and woodland, with plenty of outdoor space for dining, relaxing and enjoying the countryside.

From spring 2027, guests will also have exclusive use of a large 12 × 4 metre heated outdoor swimming pool. The pool is secured and reserved exclusively for guests staying at the property.

Boisguérin is also home to our co-operative organic market garden, which forms part of the character of the estate while respecting guests’ privacy and tranquillity.

The nearby Hermitain forest offers excellent opportunities for walking and cycling directly from the property.

Boisguérin is ideal for family holidays and groups of friends. We can also accommodate companies and organisations for seminars, training sessions and team stays, with additional spaces available by prior arrangement.
