Clean, Bright, Comfortable 2 Bedroom Townhouse. Very well maintained. This Unit is Part of Harbor Ridge Resort.

Upper level master bedroom has a king-size bed with a full bath. On the middle level (entry level) there is a fully-applianced kitchen, a living room with a pull-out sleeper sofa, and a half bath. Deck right ouside the living area. The second bedroom is located on the lower floor with two full beds.

Pool (indoor) & Game Room in Main Lodge, Partial views of Harbor and Mountains from the upper balcony and even better from the Clubhouse. 4 Person Hot Tub in Unit (lower level) to massage your tired body after a full day. Enjoy a cocktail on the upper balcony on a clear night and you'll be blown away at how many stars you'll see. Room for 2 folding chairs on the balcony. Access the balcony from master br and living area. Charcoal grill and picnic tables in back (charcoal and lighter fluid not provided).

Southwester Harbor is Known As the Quiet Side of the Island. 5 minute drive to great restaurants, some of the hiking trails of Acadia National Park are only five minutes away, access to the Park Loop Road is approximately 20 minutes away; while Bar Harbor is 25 minutes away. There is a walking trail to downtown that is approximately 1/2 mile. Go swimming on the lakes that you'll pass on the way here. This is an excellent home base for your Acadia Adventures away from the crowds.
