Very disappointing stay. The room smelled of mildew, the hot water barely worked, and there were insects in the room. The continental breakfast was poor and well below expectations. The only positive was the friendly and helpful staff. I would not stay here again.

The lobby appears clean and well maintained. The staff was excellent. However the rooms are very dirty. They had dirt, rust, and stains inside the bathroom. In the shower on the floors. The tub had stains in it. There was no conditioner and the hair dryer didn’t work. The floors were sticky in the entire room, there was a musk smell. I would spend the extra $500 to stay in a neighboring hotel next time.
