Sleepless night

Throughout the night, the air conditioning unit in the room kept turning on for ten seconds then immediately turning off ruining any hopes for sleep. The breakfast choices were limited although the eggs were good. Check-in staff were friendly.

The breakfast are was not very clean and had ver limited options. The coffee was weak every morning and almost always out of cream. We were there 8 nights and our room was only cleaned once. It seemed to take the cleaning staff all day to clean rooms. We had to gather our own trash and get our own towels. We also had to switch rooms half way through our stay because the AC quit working; however it felt like it took a fight to get them to switch us to a new room when our thermostat showed it was 78 degrees in our room. The property is in a great location if you are golfing at Pinehurst.
