The staff was very rude. Just because my elderly mother had an accident on the bed they made us leave 2 nights early and kept my deposit. I'll never stay here again. Plus they have rules where you have to leave the room at least a couple hours everyday. This is very inconvenient when you have an 80 year old parent that doesn't like going out daily
