For the substantial price, very limited amenities and in average condition. No soap left in dispenser. Lighting didn’t work properly. No chairs at all in the room. Damaged furniture and some parts of room not very clean. Very lovely staff member however.

Really lovely grounds with communal areas to sit around fire places. Sadly I had a very noisy room what sounded like it was above the back of house staff area so my first night had alot of noise travel into the room but it was quiet the second night. Very cold area and I stayed on a freezing night but thankful for the radiator heaters aswell as wall mounted heaters (only worked after filters cleaned)

We just had a great and relaxing long weekend at Peppers Manor House. All of the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The rooms are very comfortable and are bathrooms excellent. We dined at Katers Restaurant. The menu choices and food were very good. My only suggestions are to: 1. Up the breakfast options, including having a person to make coffees and 2. Keep up with the ongoing maintenance, such as refreshing some tired decor and paintwork in the fireplace room.
