Rooms were clean, Front desk amazing. Willing to help you with your needs. Plus do friendly. The only problem was the cleaning people. My room was not cleaned for three days. I spoke with manager of cleaning services. Two days he marked down for my room to be cleaned. No one came. So called front desk and said I can email them. So finally cleaning people came Sunday. When they came I expected to be cleaned during the day when I was out. They came when I wanted to relax at the end of the day. That was frustrating. Plus phone did not work in room to call the front desk. I had to use my cell phone.

It was very unfortunate arriving on time for check in at 3pm to not have our room available until two hours after arrival. We were in the area for a concert and had a very rushed start to our trip due to the lack of access to our room. We had children with us getting ready and eating dinner in the lobby to the best of our ability. So we could make it to our event on time. The room was clean and well put together but the air system was not working well and had an awful smell.

Definitely renovated cheaply, bathroom was very sloppy painted. Secondary Keycard entrance did not work later in night and we had to walk through the main lobby. There was vomit in the stairwell that was not cleaned and it smelled terrible. The doors were very loud.

Arrived at 5:30 PM for a 7 PM concert. The staff was completely overwhelmed and very rude. They had no rooms available for me. I had to get ready for the concert in the downstairs bathroom by the time we got our room the bathroom was dirty there was mildew. It was not very clean.

Find a differnt place! There are better ones

This place could use some repair inside and out! Ice machine in our hallway didnt work. Rooms smelled of mildew. Housekeeping was sub par. I know they had a complete turn over but with a sold out concert in the area that night. Not having rooms avaliable at 530 is crazy! We had two rooms so lucky one was available, but 5 of us had to get ready in one.
