There are no additional cleaning fees. 2nd detached bedroom to studio available w/ king bed, sitting area, bathroom, laundry and private patio. 2nd bedroom is available for rent as a 2nd bedroom to the studio only and has a fridge and coffee maker but no kitchen facilities and is available at $180pn in season or $150pn from 1 December to 31 March depending on availability.
