☞ Please be mindful of our neighbours and other guests. This is a quiet residential, neighbourhood. No noise after 10pm.
☞ We may reassign your booking to an alternative room. Please be assured that any room changes will include the same amenities and facilities to ensure your comfort.
☞ You will be provided with a starter pack of essentials including toilet roll and bin liners - once these are used up, please refer to your Guest Guide for the best local spots to purchase more
☞ Please note that guests will be required to sign a guest contract prior to being allowed access to the property. This contract has terms relating to your booking and information regarding the general care of the property during your stay. ☞ Free parking in our private car park is available exclusively to guests of The Madison and is available on a first-come-first-served basis (no need to book). Free and unrestricted street parking is also readily available on surrounding side roads.
