The Prince Consort is in Netley Abbey, just a short distance from the port of Southampton. The rooms are comfortable, clean and updated and the food in the pub is excellent. Add reasonable prices, friendly staff and you have a winner!

Very quaint and clean with a perfect pub attached. The staff are very helpful and pleasant. A bit out of town but still a great location near a park and the river to walk. Train station in Glen Abbey is walkable. It was a bit chilly when we arrived but the room warmed up nicely

Great place to stay before heading for a cruise. Clean, comfortable rooms. A bar/restaurant with a varied menu and best breakfast we have had in the morning. Great value for money!

A very pleasant , comfortable overnight stay before joining a cruise the next day. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room comfortable, clean and well equipped. Food very good. Breakfast cooked fresh to order. Would recommend a stay here.
