Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Enjoy our heated pool and private home theater. Beaches are less than 10 minutes away!

The Main floor includes two living rooms, one full bathroom, full kitchen with counter seating and a dining room. Both living rooms have smart TVs as well as a full surround system with a karaoke option.

The Second floor includes a master bedroom with a full bathroom and hidden smart TVs, second bedroom includes a double trundle bed and a foldout bed. and the third bedroom includes two twin beds. All bedrooms include smart TVs for your entertainment.

The Basement includes a private home theater with an Xbox gaming option and foosball table. An air mattress will also be provided. The laundry room is also available for your use.

The Backyard is spacious and private for your comfort. It includes an outdoor kitchen including an icebox, sink, searing burner, and grill. We have a shaded outdoor dining area available and plenty of additional seating. There is a 20x40 ft heated pool from 3ft-10ft deep that lights up for swimming at all hours. An outdoor shower is also included. We have a charging station for your electronic needs. A fire pit is also available with comfortable seating.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, which features a private pool and a Smart TV. There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a DVD player is provided for your entertainment. We enjoyed our stay at this house! So much that we extended our trip for a couple of days. The house was well equipped with a pool, great outdoor area, movie theater in the basement, foosball and karaoke. There were some dings (small dents) around the house but everything was clean. The owner was responsive to any questions we had. The house is located near town and the beach, a 5-10 minute drive to either. A great time overall!

There are 25 year old homes in better condition than this "newly renovated" one.

The house was advertised as newly renovated. However, the workmanship was terrible. Like that of a child. A lot of the newly installed hardware was falling apart. The door handles were falling off. The toilet paper holder fell off the wall. So did the towel racks. The faucets in the bathroom sink were loose and kept moving all over. The back door would not lock which made it hard to sleep and feel safe. The beds were new, but so uncomfortable we would barely sleep.

Great house with awesome backyard

My friends and I had a great stay at this property. All bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and set up when we arrived. The backyard is a large space with plenty of seating for outdoor dinners. The grill is great!!
