The Space:
Four-bedroom, 3.5-bath Southampton home with a heated pool, firepit, outdoor shower, and a separate den on a half-acre lot. Minutes to Southampton Village and Shinnecock Hills Golf Club.
The main level has an open living and dining area with hardwood floors and crown molding throughout. The kitchen has white shaker cabinetry, granite countertops, a center island with bar seating, and stainless steel appliances. A formal dining room seats eight. A separate den with sliding barn doors and a desk can be closed off from the main living area.
A half bath is on the main level. In-unit LG washer and dryer. Central AC.
Upstairs, the primary bedroom has a king bed, ceiling fan, and wall-mounted TV. The en suite has a jetted soaking tub, glass-enclosed shower with subway tile, and a double vanity. The second bedroom has a king bed with its own en suite bath featuring shiplap wainscoting. The third bedroom has a queen bed. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds.
