We had booked an accessible room and were given room 203.
The room was small and difficult to manouvre around in a wheelchair and the emergency cord (along with the curtain pulls) was in a corner behind a floor lamp, a wall lamp, and curtains - impossible to access feom my chair.
There was a huge chair locates between the bed and the bathroom door meaning I couls not open the door and wheel into the bathoom.
The bathroom was, however huge, but had the smallest sink I've ever had the displeasure to use.
Despite Hotels.com and Moxy's own website stating there was accessible parking, there was NO PARKING for the hotel at all, only local car parks that are silly prices. 2 days parking added iver £30 to our hotel stay! It also was a very uncomfortable trek from the car park to the hotel, where the accessible door in and out of the lobby was broken.
