The concierge was an absolute gem. I forget his name, but loved him so much I took a picture with him. Very helpful and they had everyone who was getting a taxi for the cruise ports down to a science.

What was an upmarket hotel when opened 30 years ago, it is now in need of a refurbishment. Bathroom particularly poor with badly cracked basin and shower in bath with shower curtain, broken lift and so on. Come on Leonardo you must have plans? Saying this, at the price point it is actually good value given its central location, decent bar and free ample parking.

We're very happy with our precious room and early check-in and Ms. Nadia made our check-in smoothly and quickly. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. On our first time she went above and beyond to make sure that we're comfortable. On our second time staying with them she made us feel so special with the executive suite room upgrade. She's an amazing person and professional. We really need more people like her. Thank you Ms. Nadia! We are Grateful for everything... We highly recommend this hotel and you will never disappointed period.

Perfect harbor location, beautiful atrium and common areas, amazing breakfast buffet, friendly and happy staff. Of course we'll be back!

Poorly kept pool and half complete refurb

This place has had room upgrades by the looks of it but they’ve kept the original doors and wardrobes etc, kinda half done. Pool area is poorly maintained and dangerous to access. Bar ran out of lemonade at 3pm on a Sunday. Glad we booked early enough to save on the astronomical prices nearer the time. Don’t be fooled by the pool and sauna etc, save your money and stay somewhere else

The room (Superior Double) was very nice and comfortable. I checked in on-line so was literally just give the room key card, no intro to hotel, meal timings or where the restaurant was (usual hotel information). The room was booked for 2 adults so I received 2key cards, one failed to work that evening and the other stopped working after breakfast so I needed to get a card reprogrammed just so I could collect my bags and check out.

Don’t stay here if you want air conditioning

This hotel is overrun by cruise guests and it’s proximately to the port is the only reason they are in business. The service is terrible. We waited an hour past check in to get our room and the AC was broken. We had the room set at 15c and it never dropped in temperature across 3 days. If it weren’t for the floor fan, we would have sweated all weekend. The desk is only available certain hours so we never were able to get help with the AC. One of the only elevators was out of service for our whole stay. I will never stay here again. The staff is nice but overwhelmed and understaffed.
