The showers were Luke warm, very noisy in the evening with children running up and down the corridor, failure to clean the room properly, even when requested the sheets and pillow cases be changed due to my child being sick. Very dissatisfied. I understand it wasn’t a really expensive hotel but expected sheets and pillow cases to be changed when requested. Only a 5 day stay but would not recommend.

Lovely hotel in a great location.Third time stay but the evening meal selection very poor and way over priced so next time I'll be eating out.Breakfast choice very good so shame about evening choice.

Lovely stay, room was clean but showing signs of aging with sealant etc in bathroom. Would expect smart TV function these days but TV option was just standard Freeview channels so couldnt use my own Netflix account. Other than that, was a pleasant stay with lovely vatiety breakfast in the morning.

Great location for exploring southampton and area. Next to many retail outlets and food places we went local Southampton Arms 2 mins away really good . Hotel clean spacious with friendly staff who were informative and professional breakfast was spot on and great start to the day. Price inc brekky was well worth it

Great location, close by to a retail park, good breakfast, the only downside was the cleanliness not great, found hair in bed on first night so I didn’t look further……, and not all of the reception staffs can smile. A little expensive for dog stay, £15 per and no special treatment?
