This is a charming five bedroom four bathroom home with a separate guest house on the property. The house is less than a three minute drive to town and less than a five minute drive to the beach. It is also walking distance to town. The house has a beautiful HEATED saltwater Gunite pool and large fenced in yard area. The house also has brand new wide plank floors throughout and brand new HVAC system. All of the furniture in the house is also brand new. Wood burning fire place In living room.

I would love to give this residence an A, but I grade it a B-.Let’s start with the positive:Greets space! Kids loved the playground. The layout is exactly what you want it to be.Negatives: communication was off. Couldn’t get into the house for 20 minutes. Doors & doorknobs don’t work properly so once that’s fixed I’m sure that would solve most of the issues. The amenity I really wanted to use (the master bedroom terrace) we couldn’t access at all due to the locks/ door not working. Pool gate was broken so it didn’t feel safe having the kids run around by themselves. Staircase gate was also broken, so if you have toddlers you can understand the frustrations here.All-in-all, easy fixes can make this place amazing.

Beautiful Home in the Heart of Southhampton

Truly a beautiful, well-appointed home located in the heart of Southampton. It has character and charm along with modern amenities. We had one day with a lot of rain and we were appreciative to be able to stay cozy indoors. The guest house feels like a true retreat with amazing privacy. We had a question during our stay and the communication was prompt and professional. Highly recommend this lovely home and look forward to visiting again during the summer to enjoy the pool! Thank you.

Long Holiday Weekend

We had a fantastic stay. The home was absolutely stunning, and was great for a large group. About a 12 min walk or 2 min drive into town. Would recommend this property to anyone coming to Southampton.
