Great neighborhood! 5-mins to bay, 12-mins to ocean. Near many hiking trails. Property is located approx 2.5 miles from Hampton Jitney and LIRR train stop. Many hiking trails surrounding property. Across street from 80 acre freshwater lake with access less than 1 mi down the road. 3/4 mile walk to restaurant/bar and a delicatessen/bodega style shop; fish market and liquor store. Feels off the beaten path but centrally located with short drive to everywhere you are likely to want to check out. This is our primary residence so it is very well stocked; lots of extras & amenities. Please see details. Property fully maintained w/ organic & all natural products.

Outdoor shower. Hammock on front porch and nice big double chaise lounge on back deck. Swing set. Gas grill. Large screen smart TV in living room. Master and guest bedroom #2 have TV and Amazon Fire Stick. Master has whirlpool tub and separate dual head shower, iron and hair dryer. Kitchen has all the basics plus many great extras! (dishwasher, microwave, instapot, juicer, filtered water from fridge blender/food processor). Sonos speaker. Wireless printer. Beach towels are available.
