Exceptional hotel for price

Travelled here for a last minute business trip. Very reasonably priced considering location and how expensive other hotels in area were. Late night check in, but was shown to room and they asked if I required food. Room was clean, quiet and had everything I needed. Good WiFi, very decent size room and enjoyed sitting on the terrace with a cup of tea. Fridge stocked with actual milk … wine and sparkling water in there, unsure if was complimentary so didn’t touch. Went to the bar before closing, no draught beers but plenty of cocktails. Was a nice relaxing place to work. Breakfast in morning was good, very efficient - ordered from menu and lots of choices from juices to coffees. Included in room rate. Lots of pastries too. All in all, a very quiet, relaxing places to go if you were a couple highly recommended. Very nice location, not hard to find. Plenty of parking. And a mixture of people staying here. Staff friendly, guests say hello. Compared to a premier inn, at a similar price certainly a huge upgrade. Would stay again if in area. Other smalls wins was, cast to tv was great not many hotels have this. Plenty of plug sockets including usb charging.

Wonderful staff, lovely rooms, yummy continental breakfast, all in all a great stay (nosy guests in the small hours, but not the hotels fault) don’t get a room near the bar. Will return.

Simply amazing hotel and venue

Amazing hotel, awesome, happy and friendly staff that can’t do enough for you, Shirley at breakfast is a credit to the hotel! We upgraded to a larger room with an outdoor area which was ideal as we took our little pooch! Very dog friendly, dog bed in room with a bowl of posh doggy food! Onsite pub which has a lovely country feel, again super friendly staff and varied Will definitely stay again and can’t wait!

The hotel is beautifully decorated and including the bedrooms. We had a standard room & the bed was huge and very comfortable. The staff were all very friendly & happy to chat. We would also recommend a wander down to the pub as the food is lovely & reasonably priced.

Top quality hotel and service

Excellent experience. A fairly new hotel, so condition / decor is basically flawless and gives a very luxury feel. Customer service was excellent and we felt very welcome.
