Room (deluxe with bath) blew us away - fantastic and very luxurious. Booked room with a bath to relax after a hard couple of weeks. Unfortunately the bath jets didn’t work and the water was only just warm. Reception offered to send someone out to check but the moment had already passed. Everything else with the stay was great - just shame with the bath which we’d booked specifically
