Lovely clean modern room in the separate and brand new mews building as that's where the dog friendly rooms are. Beautifully kept grounds. Only fault - no outside litter bins, which you need with a dog. Staff were great. Food was, surprisingly, given the high standard of everything else, a little disappointing.

Overall a fantastic experience with exceptional customer service and facilities. The only negative is that there are no maintenance staff on during the weekend which resulted in us having to change rooms for a very minor quickly fixed fault and then in the new room was also a minor fault which could have been quickly fixed in 30 seconds had there been maintenance staff available. Food and service was exceptional.
