This home accommodates a maximum of 6 guests. Parking is limited to 2 vehicles, and the fireplace is not active. For security, there are six exterior cameras (doorbell, 2 at the driveway, corner of the house and backyard) to ensure house rules compliance.

- Guest Verification & Rental Agreement: A photo ID, guest registration form, and signed rental agreement are required to confirm your reservation. Primary booking guest must have at least one prior stay history on Vrbo and maintain a 5-star guest rating/review history. Reservations that do not meet these requirements may be subject to additional screening, cancellation, or a refundable security deposit request at the host’s discretion.

- The primary guest must be 25+ with ID if requested.

- Unapproved late check-outs incur a $250 fee, and extra guests beyond the reservation count are charged $50 per person, per night.

- No pets, smoking, parties, or events are allowed, with a strict $1,500 fine for violations. Please reach out with any questions!
