Welcome to your next Cape Cod vacation! Our cozy South Yarmouth home is the perfect spot to relax and recharge. This pet-friendly 2 bed & 1 bath is equipped with central AC, modern appliances, spacious rooms, a large fenced-in backyard, and enough sleeping space for up to six guests.

We provide many amenities to ensure comfort and convenience, including central AC, charging stations in every room, high-speed wifi, and fresh sheets and towels. Read below for a detailed description of each room.
Living room:
The living room is spacious with ample seating and a Smart TV with plenty of streaming apps and live YouTube TV. The room points to a large window that drenches the room in sunlight.
Kitchen:
Recently renovated, the kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and all the cooking essentials. At the coffee bar, youāll find coffee, tea, and sugar to start your morning. Additionally, there is a seating area with four barstools overlooking the living room.
Bedrooms:
The master bedroom includes a comfortable queen bed, large dresser, and flat screen TV. The second bedroom has a full-sized bed and bunk beds, allowing sleeping space for four people.
Bathroom:
The bathroom has a shower and tub with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Additionally, youāll find Q-Tips and cotton pads in the top drawer.
Back den:
Right off the kitchen, the back den is a bonus area with a dining room table and cozy day bed. The day bed sleeps two people but can also be used as an additional spot to lounge or read a book.
Backyard:
The large fenced-in backyard has a deck, propane grill, fire pit, and an outdoor shower. There are several Adirondack chairs and plenty of outdoor furniture for lounging and enjoying an outdoor meal.
You will have access to all parts of our home with the exception of one linen supply closet and one back shed. The laundry facilities are just outside the back door in an attached shed.

Located south of Route 28, our home is conveniently placed near both beaches and local shops and restaurants. If you walk all the way down our street, which is adjacent to Parkers River, you'll arrive at Thatcher Beach in 15 minutes. The neighborhood is extremely safe and feels very private.
As mentioned previously, the neighborhood is extremely safe and walkable. It is also a great area for biking.
In regards to parking, we have a driveway that can fit two cars, and there is room for additional cars to park on the street in front of the house.
Furry Friends
We would love to have your furry friend come along, so cats and dogs are permitted during your stay at our Cape Cod home! We just require that we are made aware prior to arrival and that you please dispose of any waste prior to check out. Maximum 2 pets per stay, and we charge a $75 non-refundable pet fee. This deposit does not cover any damages or waste pick up.
There are many families with young children in the neighborhood, so we ask that you please be respectful and limit noise after 9pm.
We have an energy efficient heat pump system that heats and cools the home. Setting it to maximum cooling or heating will not heat nor cool the house any faster. We ask that you set it to a reasonable temperature and make adjustments as needed. The system will automatically adjust heating / cooling and fan speed to achieve and maintain the desired temperature. Setting to maximum cooling or heating degrades performance and wastes energy. Reprogramming, resetting, or disabling of the thermostat is not permitted. If you have any questions or difficulties, please donāt hesitate to reach out.
During the spring, summer, and fall seasons, our landscaping company performs lawn maintenance on Wednesdays.
Trash & Recycling services are scheduled on Thursday mornings. Our vendor handles this for you, so there is no need to place the trash/recycle bins curbside. If you have any questions, please let us know.
We also ask that you report any damage or any cleaning issues prior to departure. We understand that life happens...especially when it comes to pets. We have dogs ourselves and are acutely aware of the challenges and unexpected mistake/mess that may occur. We simply ask that you notify us in advance so our housekeeping team is aware ahead of time.
We do our best to keep cleaning fees and pet fees at or below cost to make traveling with your family and/or pet(s) more affordable and enjoyable. To ensure this is sustainable, we kindly ask to be advised of any issues during your stay/before departure so our team can plan accordingly. Our goal is not to nickel and dime guests, per se. It is quite the opposite, actually.
