For the price of the room ($600) a night, a Small, square room, NO coffee machine in the room, and NO room service by default. NO ice machine in the building. needed to walk to the other building. Very nice bathroom. Only 4 hangers, and no bag to collect laundry (standard in every hotel).

Awesome place just a few miles from Woodstock! The owners and staff at the Inn as well as the country store next door made our stay fantastic. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a very nice room at this inn with a good dinner option on the grounds as well as breakfast and lunch available at the cafe/general store right next door! Would definitely recommend staying here, just far enough from Woodstock town center to be quiet and much less busy.

Need more accessible power strips to plug in phones and computers. I had to climb under the bed to find enough plugs. I’m 70 years old. Not fun. Loved the pillows! Very comfortable after I got out from under the bed.

Great place to stay

This historical Inn, circa 1822, is very well kept up. Our room was spacious and well appointed. We had a couple of problems with the room, that were immediately addressed. The availability of meals was quite limited. There was no breakfast available at the Inn and the dining room was only open for dinner Wednesday-Saturday. It is primarily a pizza and salad restaurant, and, quite busy. Overall, it was a great place to stay, located in South Woodstock and less than 10 minutes from Woodstock.

We loved the amazing wildflower gardens and the beautiful pond for swimming, with a sweet little walking trail around it. We ate at the restaurant twice and the food was delicious, the staff was wonderful. Our room was pet friendly and very cozy and comfortable. Can’t wait to go back!
