Thoughtfully designed for your comfort, this home offers ceiling fans in all bedrooms and the loungeroom, along with an open-plan living and dining area, plus a sleek, modern kitchen and bathroom.
Enjoy seamless connectivity with complimentary WiFi and make use of the fully-equipped laundry, including a washing machine and an extra toilet for convenience. Relax in the sunny back sunroom or unwind on the spacious back deck.
While there's no garage access, the driveway provides ample space for parking your car and even a boat. There is also plenty of street parking if you are bringing the family or friends.
Please Note: 'Rocky' requires payment of a $250 refundable security deposit. A post departure inspection is required before funds are released.
