This place is magical. The cabins are cozy, clean, warm and adorable. The staff are all friendly, outgoing, helpful and kind. We took their added on excursion to see Northern Lights (never a guarantee) and were lucky enough to find them - and then saw them again back at the hotel. Our stay was really a wonderful one.
Great rooms. Spectacular location. Plenty of great activities and the staff everywhere were very friendly and helpful….they all seemed to love being there.

Front desk super courteous and helpful. Overall experience was great.
Crab experience good but the waiting for the crab to come out with a little bit long. Then at dinner we had to wait. some people were 15 minutes late before we got served
This place is amazing. While it is not near anything, dont worry. I could eat 3 meals a day here for a week and not want a change. Great staff. Loved the staff at the dog area especially.
It was a fun experience. But if you are coming with your family, I suggest not booking everyone in the Snowhotel. If you need two rooms, get one cabin and one Snowhotel room. The cabin is only a few minutes away, so you can walk over and sleep in the cabin if it gets too cold.
Our experience was wonderful and very pleasant. The staff is very attentive and friendly. They catered to our every need. The location is idyllic, beautiful, and peaceful. Very quiet and surrounded by nature. Thank you so much for everything!
We stayed in Cabin #8 wonderful location. Cabin was immaculate, lovely room. The dinners were fabulous, breakfast would have been great if you could have had freshly cooked eggs while you waited instead on the steam table scrambled eggs.
The Snowhotel itself is quite something. The ice sculptures were great.
We did a Northern Lights tour, it was cloudy but we still were able to see a small display!
We loved our stay at the cabins at Snowhotel. The staff were so friendly and the cabins were lovely and modern. There were so many activities: we got to play with the husky working dogs and even say hi to the 12 new puppies, feed the reindeer, and take a beautiful snowshoe trail for views of the fjord. The food (all meals) was also absolutely fantastic. Would definitely stay again!
