The room was great. We missed housekeeping the couple of times we put the placard for service on the door, but we only afforded a couple of hours before returning. We were still able to get extra towels and other necessities from the staff anyway. We were happy with the room and hope to return someday!

Breakfast was fresh however after 2 weeks stay we got charged 400$ extra for some stained towels and a pillow case, because of my hair dye. Without ever telling me, only coming cleaning the room 4 times. I won’t be ever staying there. Watch out for those 100$ deposits

Everything appeared brand new and recently remodeled. Check in was easy. Breakfast each morning was good. The staff checking us in was kind, however the lady keeping the breakfast buffet filled seemed very annoyed guests were in her way. The first two days we put the “please make up room” sign on the handle while we were out, but nothing was done. On day 3 we went to the desk and specifically asked for fresh bedding and towels, which they took care of while we were out. I couldn’t quite figure out the situation, but the front half of the building seemed to be hotel, and the back half had people living in it. The owners/employees of the hotel seemed to live there and did other work on computers in the lobby during the day. There also were quite a few young appearing people living there almost like dorms. Wasn’t an issue, just odd. Area is clean, safe, very quiet and very convenient.
