It offers a large living room with dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 wc, terraces and outdoor area with furniture and unobstructed sea view. You can accommodate 4 to 6 people. - 2nd residence it's a remi-basement residence 75 sq.m total. It offers a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, 1 bedroom, 1 large corner sofa bed in the living room, 1 sofa bed in the dining room, 1 bathroom and a furnished outdoor area.
