Ilois’ villa is a marvelous stone built home right on Koropi Mileon beach, close to Pelion’s most picturesque villages and 30’ away from the city of Volos! Our house can comfortably accommodate up to 6 persons in two levels, offering wonderful sea and mountain views! It offers 2 double bedrooms, bathroom & WC, fully equipped kitchen & an open space living room. It features wonderful balconies and a private terrace with outdoor stone built bbq! Wifi, TVs, washer & dishwasher, fireplace available!

This is a lovely 77 m2 two level villa, fully equipped and able to accommodate comfortably up to 6 persons in 2 double bedrooms and one living room sofa that turns into a double bed.

Both rooms offer double beds, air conditioning units & TVs while one bedroom offers sea views and the other mountain views.

Our villa features magnificent sea view balconies, fenced back terrace with stone built barbeque and outdoor dining.

Iloi’s villa is ideally located between the popular villages of Kala Nera and Afyssos where you can find a wide choice of cafe, restaurants and supermarkets. Water sports are also available in the organized beaches and an equestrian center can be reached at a 4’ drive towards Milies village offering sea, nature and children’s horse riding! The beautiful village of Ntamouchari, where part of the movie “Mammia Mia” was shot, is located at about one hour driving distance from our home.

Our home is situated in the beautiful coastal village of Koropi Mileon, where you can visit cafes, restaurants and a supermarket . Koropi is also well located between the more developed tourist villages of Kala Nera and Afissos where you can find a wider choice of restaurants, supermarkets and shops. Koropi is also at close reach from Pelion’s picturesque villages famous for their architecture, their flora and of course their famous apple and pear trees! At about 15’ you can visit the village of Milies (i.e ‘Apple Tree’;) or Vizitsa at 18’ drive.

Τhe area of Pelion offers wonderful seaside or mountain routes and a wide range of cultural, sports, and family activities. Summertime visitors can choose from a variety of sandy or pebbled crystal clear beaches. Summertime music festivals and traditional festivals are also a must! Mountain lovers will enjoy the wonderful hiking routes and winter sports fans should definitely try Chania ski center where you can go skiing overlooking the magnificent views of the Aegean sea.

The famous city of Volos is just a 30’ drive away while Athens International Airport is a 4-hour drive away.

- Please be aware that our rates exclude an additional stayover tax. For stays from April to October, the tax is €8 per night, while from November to March, it is €2 per night. This tax applies to all bookings starting January 1st, 2025. Guests are required to pay this additional tax directly to the check-in assistant who will be responsible for key handover upon arrival.
