This unit is very nice, but so outdated with all the old intercom, unused wall phone jacks, grill must be 10 years old, floor molding loose, globe outdoor light hanging by 12 inches of wire.. ESPECIALLY for the price. Kitchen needs new cookware and cabinet drawer cleaning!!Non stick pans have shed most of their surfaces.The views are beautiful, location is great and property manager very rapid response.
