We booked this property largely because of the advertised “heated private pool,” and unfortunately that ended up being the biggest issue.When we arrived (after check-in time), maintenance was already there working on the pool. The motor was broken, the water was visibly dirty, and it was nowhere near heated. We were told it would be fixed quickly, but after being gone for several hours and returning that evening, nothing had changed.A technician didn’t show up until around 9:30 PM and worked until nearly midnight, and even he stated the initial repair hadn’t been done correctly. Despite running the system overnight, the pool was still cold the next morning and never usable during our stay. The listing stated 79, but both we and the technician measured it in the low 70s. When we raised this, the response we got was dismissive (“it’s not a hot tub”), which didn’t really address the fact that it wasn’t heated at all.There was also a loud, constant beeping noise (like a fire alarm) coming from a neighboring unit that went on for over 24 hours and was clearly audible inside. We were told nothing could be done about it.On top of that, the WiFi instructions were incorrect (we had to follow up just to get access), which didn’t exactly make for a smooth arrival.To be fair, the unit itself was clean and as pictured. But at this price point, having a key amenity not work for the entire stay—along with how it was handled—made this a frustrating and disappointing experience
