The room I asked for was a king size I ended up getting a double bed cause he didn’t have my room they gave it away to somebody else and then the room smelled like mold. The beds were hard Horrible experience never again charge me for more.

Hotel needs updated

Clean, but building and furnishings needed to be fixed. Lights rusted, bathrooms need to be redone.. toilets loose and leaking, shower sealer need replacing. Electrical outlets need replacing or covered. This is a main tourist area. Hotel needs fixed up to keep in competition with others.

It's been 10 days and no turning back my deposit. It's only my wife an me. NO KIDS, NO PETS, NO SMOKING. Even my underwear was decolorante because of the hugh amount of clorox or bleach in the pool. I didn't complained about it. But now thongs have changed.

First, I can say that the room was clean and decently comfortable. There is plenty of room and the location is great. These are the main things I look for, as well as affordable. I won’t pay for high end when all I do is sleep. However, for the money I spent, compared to other hotels I have stayed at in this price range, they could provide more. The bedspread was horrid quality where its only purpose was to add color. There was no function to it other than that. So technically, we had one sheet no blankets. They gave us two towels and one hand towel no wash cloths. I realize that we could’ve requested more, but it was just weird. The plumbing worked, but looks like it has been fixed over and over again. At this point, please replace some thing that looks decent. They need to re-caulk the bathtub and we only got one cup of coffee for the room and there were two people. I’m giving them an average rating for the fact that they cleaned and kept the property up. But they could try a little bit more to make their customers more comfortable.

Our rooms (daughter stayed with her husband in own room) were never cleaned the whole stay. We were charged $80 for 4 towels that had dirty spots. Trash stacked up for 4 days and was never picked up. My daughter’s room had roaches. The staff was confrontational with my husband and son in law. Worst hotel experience we have ever had. We travel and stay at many places. This is the first time using Expedia for booking. Our trip was fun, only complaint was the Super 8 hotel.

The room was sort of dark, verrrry cold, very humid, so humid, the beds were damp. The hook that holds the shower spigot to the wall was broken, took a long time for water to get warm. Only had 2 large towels, 1 small, no washcloths. Parking was fine. Quiet after 10 pm. Breakfast...continental...adequate. Might not stay here again due to dampness.

I was a guest at your hotel, and I am writing to express my concern regarding several serious issues encountered during my stay. Upon arrival, I was assigned to room 101 and immediately noticed that there was no fire alarm detector installed. I reported this to the front desk, but was informed that there were no replacement units available at the time. In addition to this safety issue, I experienced other problems that ultimately led to my relocation to another room. Specifically: • The plumbing in the toilet was not functioning properly. • The room’s floor was filthy upon arrival. • There was a posted sign instructing guests to obtain a mop from the front desk to clean any water spills themselves. • Guests are required to bring dirty towels to the front desk in order to receive clean ones, and the policy limits each room to only three towels. While I appreciate being moved to a different room, these conditions raise significant concerns regarding the safety, cleanliness, and guest service standards at the hotel. I respectfully request that these issues be addressed promptly to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for future guests.
