The location is dated and clean enough given the sand and other beach related dirt. Floors could have been cleaner but again, sand and sea are hard to keep a head of. All in all the rooms were good and the beds were comfortable. I would stay here again.

The hotel is old and needs renovation; they take advantage of peak season to inflate prices, but the hotel isn't worth it—we stayed there on July 4th. They require a mandatory deposit and don't accept cash, so you have to wait for the refund. Breakfast was good! The location is excellent. We didn't have any issues with the hotel. The air was freezing cold 😉.
