Booked a one bedroom one bath that sleeps 4; however it was a loft style apartment. Very difficult set up for my husband and I along with 16 year old son since you had to go through the bedroom to get to the only bathroom.

The views of the ocean were wonderful. The beach art throughout the condo was beautiful. I brought my grandson and son and we had plenty of sleeping space. The only complaint are the stairs because I am 68 so they did get me out of breath sometimes. But otherwise, the appliances, washer and dryer were really needed and nice.

The police was very clean and the security guard was an excellent help to anyone who is lost or needing directions she was super sweet very attentive. It is very close to everything. You can walk to just about anywhere from there. The only thing is that the access to the beach is old and it’s falling apart a little bit, so it’s hard to roll anything on there other than that everything was superb will definitely return

The condo was really really old, it needs to be updated. When we walked in the ceiling in one of the bathrooms was leaking, was the AC. They did fix it right away. Cracked ceiling in multiple locations. Balcony views are really nice and facilities are nice but I did notice people staying in the property were bringing outside people in the pool area…Like their whole family. There is a townhouse complex right in front of the building so you have to walk through that to get to the beach.

Spacious two story unit with ocean views

South Tower. Two story unit. PROS: - spacios - ocean views from first floor - bay views from the bedrooms - within 5 minute walk from beach - private parking - swimming pool CONS: - AC unit by master bedroom (on balcony) makes so much noise, day & night - water takes long to empty out in shower & sinks - the welcome "kit" of one tlilet paper roll & one paper towel roll is too limited for a two story, two bedroom unit. having to run out to search for toilet paper in an island with only one or two stores is very inconvenient - although a beach front unit, there was a lot of sand on the floor by entrance when we checked into the unit
