The Space:
This thoughtfully designed three-level island home was created for families and groups who want to spend time together while still enjoying plenty of personal space. Recently coming off a $250,000 remodel, this a great choice that doesn’t look nor vacation like a cookie cutter.
Inside you’ll find a large open living area with a newly remodeled kitchen featuring quartz countertops, modern appliances, and a glass tile backsplash plus incredible ceiling details. The kitchen flows directly into the living and dining spaces, making it easy for everyone to gather for meals, family game nights, or relaxing after a day at the beach.
Something that is super rare on SPI - three decks - step outside onto one of the three spacious decks for morning coffee or evening margaritas while enjoying the warm Gulf breeze or watching your kids in the pool after a long day at the beach
This home comfortably accommodates large groups while still allowing privacy for everyone.

This home sits in one of the most walkable areas of South Padre Island and is what truly sets it apart from other luxury homes on the Island. Park, just a 3-4 min walk to the beach, even the Blue Marlin Grocery Store is walkable

This home is professionally managed by South Padre Trips, the island’s highest rated property management company. We operate a public office at 2600 Padre blvd and answer phones 24 hours a day. Fresh, clean linens and towels included.

• Weekly pool service pro cleans
• Free linen exchange for stays over 3 nights
All linens, bath towels, and starter supplies are provided but not unlimited nor replenished so please plan accordingly

Important Notes
Additional public parking is available along Gulf Blvd but may be limited on busy weekends and we do not guarantee. This home has professional security patrols as well
Guests must:
• Be 25 years or older to book or inquire about additional requirements PRIOR to booking
• Complete a digital rental agreement prior to arrival
• Provide a photo ID before receiving the door code

You're just a short 1-2 minute walk (0.2 miles) from the sun-kissed sands of the beach! Foodies will rejoice with a plethora of dining options within walking distance, including popular spots like Louie's Backyard and the Meatball Cafe, all within a few blocks. For your shopping needs, the Blue Marlin Supermarket is a quick 150-yard stroll away. Entertainment is also at your doorstep, with Gravity Park, offering go-karts and mini-golf, and other attractions like Tequila Sunsets and Cafe Karma just a short walk away. Explore the charming island atmosphere, where golf carts are a common sight, and everything you need for a memorable vacation is easily accessible.
Getting Around:
Getting around South Padre Island is easy! You can walk to many attractions from 121 Canary by the Sea, including the beach (a 3-4 minute walk). For exploring further, golf cart rentals are readily available. Additional free parking is available along Gulf Blvd if needed. The nearest major airport is Brownsville South Padre Island International Airport (BRO), approximately a 30-minute drive away. Please note that public transportation options on the island are limited.
Other Things to Note:
Please note: Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. A digital rental agreement and photo ID are required before receiving the entry code. The maximum occupancy is strictly 16 guests, including children and infants. Parking is limited to 4 vehicles in the driveway; street parking is available but may be limited. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM. Please ensure all dishes are washed and the dishwasher is running, and all trash is removed upon departure to avoid extra cleaning fees. Starter supplies are provided, but not replenished. For stays longer than 2 nights, you may want to bring more. The primary guest must be 25 years or older. No smoking, parties, or loud noises are permitted. BBQing on property is not allowed unless otherwise noted. Pets are generally not allowed unless the listing description indicates otherwise.
