THIS IS NOT A PRIVATE HOME WITH A PRIVATE POOL, IT IS A CONDO IN A COMPLEX AND THE POOL IS SHARED BY OTHER CONDOS. Relax in the outdoor by the pool, or on the breeze balcony of this happy place! The details and finishes are the inspiration of an artist with beautiful furniture and brilliant colors everywhere. The property has the feeling of a resort. The primary bedroom has a king bed with an ensuite bathroom. The guest room comes with 2 double beds and an air mattress with plenty room for a family of 8 people. Cheerful Mexican colors, comforting interiors, and thoughtful touches Casa de Colores is appropriate for families, group of friends or even a single couple. PLEASE KNOW THAT YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON A SIGNED RENTAL AGREEMENT. IMPORTANT: You are booking a privately owned beach home, and as such we expect our guests to respect the property and building as if it is your own. Also, we CANNOT provide 24-hour service such as a hotel, any late night, or overnight requests, other than REAL emergencies, will be handled the next day. If there is an emergency that requires Police, EMS or Fire please call 911.

The owners of Casa de Colores #102 welcome you to their beach home! While staying here, we ask that you follow a few requests that will make everyone’s stay more enjoyable and keep the property looking good year after year.

1. Parking ~ is limited to 2 vehicles. Vehicles must be licensed, operable and registered to the occupants. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owners’ expense.

2. Occupancy ~ Maximum capacity per unit is NO MORE than 6 guests. There must be at least one adult 25 years of age or older, registered, present and residing in the unit through the duration of the tenancy.

3. Wheelchair accessible is for standard door front entrance and elevator only.

4. Pets ~ We do not accept pets in our property. The knowledge or trace of unauthorized pets will mean a fine of $400.

5. Noise ~ Loud noise of any sort; music, loud talking, boom boxes, etc. is not allowed.

6. Garbage and Tidiness ~ Garbage should all be disposed exterior dumpster on the sides of the building. Please DO NOT dispose of cigarette butts, cans, candy wrappers, trash on the ground. We work hard to make certain the property looks good when you check in. Please help us keep it that way by picking up any litter before you leave.

7. Pool ~ Please wash ALL sand from your body BEFORE entering our pool. The pool equipment cannot handle sand from the beach and causes damage and equipment failure. Please DO NOT leave your children unattended. Please observe pool hours.

8. BBQ ~ No BBQ pit is included.

9. Once booked, we will send a custom Rental Agreement for you to complete and send back to us. Without this agreement we will not be able to host you.

Blue Ocean Vacation Rentals provides the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities include 1 set of hotel size soaps and shampoos per bathroom, 2 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 dish soap, 1 dish sponge, 4-6 coffee pods and and a small amount of laundry detergent. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay.

Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease or any other substance. Do not use towels to clean up any mess. Stained towels/linens will be charged.

Do not hang towels from the balcony or windows. A $100 fine may be applied if you break this rule.

Subletting not allowed.

Note: The owners of this property will NOT allow Spring Break activity on the premises.

Check in is easy and available 24 hours a day with a smart lock on the entrance door.

The smart keypad door code will be provided to the guest about 48-24 hours before arrival.

Hosts will be available for check-in assistance up until 10 pm, we ask that guests arriving late please let us know via text.


Service Animals need to be with the person they service 24/7. Service Animals cannot be left alone in the property. A service animal left alone in the property is not a service animal and will be penalized with a $400 fee.

"Early" check in and/or "Late" check out will be available, when possible, at a charge of $55 for each occurrence.

Child's highchair & pack & play on request at $25/each, billed on a separate invoice.

You are booking a private beach home. As much as we like to please your every need, we do not work as hotels do. We are not a 24/7 service. Any overnight requests, other than REAL emergencies, will be look after the next day. If there is an emergency that threatens a persons life, please call 911.

Date changes might be granted depending on the date of the change for a $100 change fee plus any difference in price.

Cancellations for nightly reservations will receive a 96% refund if they are made more than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date. Please note that a service fee of $25 will also be charged for all cancellations, regardless of the timing. There will be no refund if the cancellation comes is made. This policy does not extend to bookings that are eligible for monthly discounts.

The host will not pay for a hotel, vacation rental, or transportation expenses incurred because of an interruption in water or electrical service. If water or electricity is interrupted for more than 8 hours, guests have the option of canceling their reservation and requesting a refund for the nights not used. Under no circumstances will we refund consumed nights.

This is a fantastic place. The location is absolutely perfect - about 150 yards from the beach (go East on Oleander, not West! There's a public beach entrance across Gulf Street). The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The best was the full size washer and dryer - especially helpful since we had our two college-age sons with us. It was great to go home with only a small bag of dirty laundry. We had one small maintenance issue. We contacted the owners in the morning, and it was repaired by the afternoon. Great response. The swimming pool is only a lap pool, but we were there for the beach anyway. We'd definitely stay here again when we return. Thanks for a great vacation.

The outside is currently being worked on, but besides that, everything was as expected according to the pictures plus more . We found lots of beach items we were able to use such as chairs and floats as well as very good beach towels . The washer and dryer were a plus that we were unaware was going to be available .
