Let your beach vacation begin with ocean waves right outside your door. This condo has been recently updated with comfortable furnishings in coastal colors. The bedroom has a new king bed, walk in closet with beach umbrella, chairs, boogie boards and a small cooler for guests to use. The living room has a queen sofa sleeper, 55" smart TV, Roku, High speed WIFI, Spectrum cable with Showtime. The bathroom has a walk in shower, plenty of fluffy towels and beach towels. Cooking is a breeze in the fully equipped kitchen.
You will not be disappointed in this cute condo!
We are located toward the north part of the island between Clayton's and Wanna Wanna. Walking distance to many places but away from the noise and crowds.
The island has a free Metro bus that picks up right in front of the building and runs until 9:00 PM.

Security Dates: $25 ID Wristbands are required for each guest over the age of 10 during the following times: Spring Break Texas week, Easter weekend, Samana Santa, and Independence Day Holiday weekend. Please reach out for current security dates if you are booking around these dates. This cost pays for security that is hired during these times.
A rental agreement is required and will be sent to you for digital signature after booking.

Condo ladies very accommodating, 4th floor condo is very nicely decorated and furnished. Were able to plug streaming device and headphones into TV easily and WiFi is very good. Elevator works fine and was needed by senior couple with small dog. Bed comfort, linens and towels all first rate. Outstanding beachfront view and very quiet environment in building and neighbors, when the reconstruction crew was not working from 9-5. Then the jackhammer noise was very loud all over the building. The crew was friendly and cleaned up each day. If you plan on being out and about during the day you’ll be fine during this repair time. The pool and underbuilding parking were NA but we had no issues with that, hey you’re at the best beach in Texas. We took the rate discount rather than cancelling and were happy with that. If it weren’t for the construction noise, this property rates a solid 5 stars. You might want to wait until 2026 when the rebuild is complete.

The condo was clean, quaint and was in a great location. There was always ample parking and we loved the easy access to the beach. I’m giving 4 stars for the ancient coffee maker…it had to have been 20 years old. It overflowed, grounds everywhere, so disappointing. For approximately 400/night, I shouldn’t have to leave out to go get coffee.

We loved being right on the beach! The balcony view was perfect, and we appreciated having access to the beach chairs & cooler, as well as the pool and hot tub! The bed was very comfy. I'd definitely recommend bringing your own shower products, as the mini provided was sample size.

Simply wonderful.. the pictures on VRBO don't do this condo justice. Having the beach right outside your door added to the exceptional value. First time visit to South Padre and I am already planning for next year and this will be my choice for lodging.

Great View

The condo has million dollar views, it is clean and well appointed. Cons - water was out for 2 1/2 days - owners offered no alternative for toilet usage - had to bring water up from pool to be able to flush toilet. Sofa bed was a joke, would have to put mattress on floor to be able to use. Charged 90 for cleaning - but I was required to take out trash and and hand wash dishes(no dishwasher) or be charged additional fees

Condo 607 is the best - I want to go back

Florence Condo #607 was superb. I already want to book next year. Location was the best. Kitchen had everything I needed. Updated condo. Beds all firm and seemed new. I did not open the sofa bed so I can not comment on that.Only thing: there is paint peeling from the ceilings of the living area, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. I would definitely stay in Condo 607 again.

SPI stay

This place is well appointed and clean. We love the beach location, spot on as advertised. The only knock we have is regarding the hideaway sofa (very uncomfortable to use as a couch) and the king size bed (no support in the middle). No sure if we will return to SPI, but if we do we would definitely stay here with these two furniture changes.

Good location

The apartment is located in a good spot on the SPI and has everything one may need for a comfortable stay except a comfortable bed. The king size mattress is lumpy with a hole in the middle of it, which results in occupants rolling into it; the topper that was put on the mattress does not help and just makes it worse. The inability to get a good nights rest contributed to our decision to cut our stay short and depart a day early.
