Beautifully Remodeled Condo in the Perfect Beachfront Location

We are excited to be the new owners (June 2023) of this completely remodeled and updated condo.

This may be the best location on South Padre Island! Sea Vista Condominiums are right on the beach, on the south end of the beachfront developments and away from the crowds. To the south is undeveloped property, then Isla Blanca County Park, and the Jetty. Beach Park Waterpark (formerly the Schlitterbahn) is right close by.

This condo is on the sixth (top) floor, mid building, and directly facing the South Padre Beach and the Gulf of Mexico. Floor to ceiling windows across the living room and master bedroom offer spectacular views - Even the kitchen has a view!

This 1,050 SF 2-BR 2-Bath condo accommodates up to six, with a king bed in the master bedroom and two queen beds in the second bedroom. Both bathrooms have full walk-in tiled showers.

The luxurious kitchen with quartz countertops and modern appliances is spacious, more than functional, and as you can see in the photos, absolutely beautiful!

Each bedroom and the living room have flat screen TVs, with Spectrum Cable. Wireless internet (WIFI), secure and dedicated to this condo, is included.

From the ground floor of the Sea Vista Condos you can walk right onto the beach. No streets to cross, no need to find parking. Just take the elevator down, and in just a few minutes, you'll walk right out onto miles of sandy beach.

Sea Vista is a secure fenced and gated complex, with ample unassigned parking.
Sea Vista has two swimming pools and two tennis courts - one is striped for pickle-ball.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned condo, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony. Such a lovely condo. Completely perfect for our family of 4 with 2 adult kids. Gorgeous views, quiet part of the island but still convenient to everything. Clean and fresh with great beach access. Just what I wanted.

Felt like home

This condo was exactly as advertised. Furnishings were comfortable and the condo was very tidy. Location was at the end of SPI, away from the hustle and bustle. The property offers private access to the beach and we never felt rushed to get to the beach to find a spot for the day. The owners have chairs and a wagon available for use which was so nice. We would happily stay here again if we return to the island.

Fully stocked condo with amazing views

The condo looks exactly like the pictures. The master bedroom has pocket doors (not shown in pictures). The kitchen is small but stocked with everything you need including coffee maker, blender, mixer, sharp knives, nice stove and microwave, and even cling wrap, aluminum foil, ziplock bags, cleaning supplies. Washer and dryer looked new too.The view is gorgeous being on the 6th floor. The building itself is older with one elevator. It was sufficient for the amount of people going up and down. There are a few hotel carts to help move your luggage to the unit. There is a rinse shower station from beach back to condo. The pool was very nice and clean. We got some rain during our stay and decided to put one of the multiple puzzles available for guests. We had fun.

Property very clean, well decorated and beautiful views of the beach. Everything we needed was there. Would suggest maybe having some games, cards, or domino’s etc. loved my visit and will definitely be returning.

Great condo

We love this condo enough that we've stayed here twice. It's a bit removed from the busyness and traffic of the main strip yet still close to island amenities. It's perfect for a family vacation as long as all your kiddo's are old enough to use a shower. Both times the condo was clean and fully stocked with essentials. I love the beachy decor and the ocean views. Very tastefully remodeled. No complaints.

Probably the best condo in SPI

Sometimes when we rent, we arrive and notice the owners applied several filters to the photos, let me tell you this is exactly what you’ll find… A lovely condo, perfectly stocked with everything you may need, coffee, m&m’s to beach chairs and umbrella and to sum it all up even laundry pods. The view is just perfect, we really didn’t want to leave and definitely will come back for more paradise! :)

Gated property with phenomenal view

This property is located right off the bridge. Far enough away from crowds and traffic. On a private road behind a gate. The flowers were blooming beautifully. The pool is in the front off the parking lot. As well as tennis courts and bbq grills. The parking lot did get crowded and hard to find a spot at night. The staff at sea vista is very friendly. There are elevators. Easy beach access. No trash anywhere. The condo is fully loaded even had playpen and beach essentials. The balcony has chairs and tables. If you are considering this space, wait no longer it is worth it. The view is stunning. I would just sit at stare out to sea. Tvs in each room. Huge closet. Great bathrooms. Beautifully decorated. Family friendly. Great location. On the water.

Little piece of heaven

Our first trip to SPI. This condo was perfect for our family of 4! The view was amazing! We walked the beach multiple times a day. The condo was well stocked & just as described. Although the building is a little dated the condo was very updated. We took a shuttle from the airport. Host made check in easy, quick to respond, & provided great recommendations for the area. We chose to walk most of the time to get around the island but took Metro bus when needing to get to north end. So many good restaurants! After a private fishing guide took us out bay fishing we took our fresh fish to Daddy's restaurant to be made into supper - highly recommend! Our boys enjoyed renting fat tire bikes to cruise the beach & island. Our son took a surf lesson as great place to learn. We enjoyed the turtle rescue center. Spent time at the pool when too windy for the beach. We ran out of time to enjoy the tennis courts. If you want to be on the south end of the island & right on the beach this is the place to stay!

Great Location and View

The condo is located on the 6th floor and has a great view of the beach. It is in a gated complex near the end of the island. The condo has been updated and is nicely decorated with comfortable beds. The kitchen is stocked with the necessary utensils and cookware needed to prepare meals, and the appliances are newer and worked well. The ample amount of counter space made it easy to prep and serve food. There were a few spices and cooking ingredients left in a cupboard, and dish soap, dishwasher detergent, a roll of paper towels, and a few garbage bags were supplied. The bathrooms are modern and clean. The towels were soft and in nice condition. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash were provided along with 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. The heated pool was a nice size and went to a depth of 8 feet. The hot tub was a little small, though. Everybody we met at the Sea Vista condominium complex was very friendly. Becky was quick to respond in our communications. We would definitely stay here again.
