We do rely upon Spectrum Cable/Internet for the high speed wifi. Sometimes there service goes out on the Island, FYI.
Up to 2 dogs or birds are allowed. The pet fee nonrefundable is $75 PER dog or birds, no exceptions. Dog (s) cannot be left alone to bark nor be allowed up on furniture. Pets found on property without prior notice to us as host will be evicted without refund.

Guest Access:
You'll have exclusive access to this ground-floor duplex, featuring two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large kitchen, and a living area. The backyard is available for your use, and BBQing is permitted as long as you provide your own grill and clean up. A washer and dryer are located in the garage for your convenience. The property includes free off-street parking for two vehicles. Beach access is incredibly close, only a half-block away. There's also an outdoor shower by the garage to rinse off after beach visits.
The Neighborhood:
Nestled in the heart of South Padre Island, our ground-floor duplex offers the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience. Just a half-block stroll away, you'll find yourself basking in the sun on the beautiful beach. For a delightful meal, the popular Palms on the Beach cafe/bar is also just a half-block away. Explore local shops and perhaps grab some fresh seafood to cook up in the fully equipped kitchen. The neighborhood is known for its laid-back atmosphere, making it easy to unwind and enjoy your vacation. Everything you need for a memorable stay is within easy reach.
Getting Around:
Getting around South Padre Island is easy! You'll find free off-street parking for two vehicles right at the property. For those arriving by air, the closest airport is Brownsville South Padre Island International Airport (BRO), about a 35-minute drive away. While South Padre Island is very walkable, public transportation options are limited. However, ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available for convenient travel around the island and to nearby areas.
Other Things to Note:
Please note: Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. A key code will be provided on the day of check-in, generally not before 3 PM, to the phone number on file. To maintain our city rental license, an e-sign rental agreement with a photo ID attached is required before arrival. The primary tenant must be 25 years or older. If under 25, please inquire before booking, as additional requirements may apply. The maximum occupancy includes infants. Subletting is strictly prohibited. The property is professionally managed by South Padre Island Trips; their office is open 9 AM to 5 PM, seven days a week. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM. No smoking or parties are allowed. BBQing is not permitted unless otherwise stated. Please turn the thermostat to 78 degrees, wash dishes, and take out the trash at check-out. A starter pack of essentials is provided; replenishment is not included for longer stays. Pets are allowed with a fee and must be disclosed. Unauthorized guests are not permitted.
