Close to lifts was good, claiming to be ecologically aware, but offering plastic plates and utensils as well as wrapping every glass in a plastic wrapper, looks like green washing. A cooking stove would have been nice I the very beautiful kitchen!

Really liked the 2 bedroom suite which comfortably fit our group of 3 adults and 2 young kids. My husband even got to work quite comfortably before the kids get up. The only thing I noticed was that there was this loud vent noise(the heat? It ran for a few minutes) super early in the morning in the room where I was sleeping.

I had a wonderful experience at the Hilton South Lake Tahoe. The hotel’s location is perfect—just steps from the lake, restaurants, and local attractions. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. My room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with beautiful views and all the amenities you’d expect from a high-quality Hilton property. The atmosphere throughout the hotel felt warm and relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind after exploring the area. The on-site facilities were excellent as well, especially the lounge and dining options. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. Overall, an exceptional stay. I highly recommend the Hilton South Lake Tahoe and will definitely return on my next trip!

Other than the hotels power going out right as we checked in, and we needed to get ready for dinner we had reservations for, we were very happy. We were a little surprised at the fact a big hotel like that right near a ski park would not have a generator that would keep the lights on in the rooms for you. The elevators worked, but the fridge did not the icemaker. Didn’t we obviously could not get ready for our dinner. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean and nice and pretty much had everything you needed in them if not, you just asked and they would get it. I would stay there again.
