Located off Pioneer Trail, in a quiet and forested neighborhood, just a few miles from the lake, ski areas, and Stateline/casino area, our cabin is surrounded by conservancy land. Hence, there is a lot of room to play and relax. Depending on the season, whether it's a day of hiking, biking, skiing, sledding, or a lazy day at the lake, you can relax on the deck or gaze at the stars in our inviting Bullfrog hot tub. At the end of our street is an easy hike through the forest that leads to the Truckee River. All beds have warm comforters for a comfortable night's sleep.

You will enjoy cooking and entertaining in our fully stocked kitchen, with seasonings, coffee filters, and all the necessary utensils, pots, and pans.

Kids will be entertained with air hockey, DVDs, and board games. They also have their own space upstairs with a TV. Outside, they can play tetherball and run on the lawn.

We enjoyed a lovely stay in a quiet setting. The neighbors were friendly. The forest lots on each side of the cabin were perfect for snow play. The fully equipped kitchen was great for meal preparation on a snowy evening. The fireplace was a natural gathering spot. Plenty of space for everyone to relax.

This was a wonderful family cabin to stay in. Everything was clean and the hot tub was wonderful. The kids had a blast playing in the snow and playing air hockey upstairs. Very fun cabin.

Great Layout of beds (1 K, 2Q, 1 double & cushy futon)! Beds were comfy, house is very clean & well stocked with cooking needs all provided. We were looking for a quiet, recharge location; this is serenely quiet but close to town. wrap around porch. Host- Patty was quick & attentive with communicating. We WILL be back!

Well stocked and fits description perfectly. The neighborhood is nice and it’s close to all the things we wanted to do at the Lake. We had a wonderful stay with plenty of room for a family of 6 with a dog:)

Amazing house, clean, with lots of fancy upgrades!! Perfect for our family. Loved the deck that goes around the back and side of the house! Easy to get anywhere in South Lake Tahoe or Stateline. We golfed at South Lake Golf course and it was just minutes away. We brought our two dogs and they were in heaven!!

Winter Getaway

I set up a last min weekend getaway to go snowboarding with my son. This location was great. We enjoyed the hot tub after the slopes. The place had an air hockey table in the upstairs room that was fun. The host responded quickly to my messages.

Perfect family get away!

House was very clean and spacious. Seemed bigger than it appeared in photos especially kitchen/dining area. Plenty of room to move around. We enjoyed the hot tub and the hiking trail at the end of the street. The fire place wouldn't turn on initially but we read the instructions and figured it out. But then it was too warm after being on and the thermostat did not turn it off even when we lowered it to below room temp so we decided to turn it off completely. We really enjoyed visiting Fallen Leaf Lake where we rented kayaks and paddle boards. Thank you for having us in your place!! We would definitely stay again.:)
