Wolf stove with four burners large grill and double oven in Gourmet kitchen with Granite counter tops. Living room features include real wood stove with wood supplied. 65' smart flat screen TV with high speed internet Roku device or smart TV with cable in each bedroom and LR. Flexibility of sleeping arrangements for six persons. Bedroom 1 has a new king, and a single bed, Bedroom 2 has one queen bed and sleep number king bed. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and office desk. TV's in sleeping areas and living room with high speed cable. Beautiful setting with off street parking. On the Upper Truckee River. Back yard has extra large fenced area for a dogs and kids. BBQ and Hot tub is on back deck overlooking Forest. Seasonal tables, chairs by the chalet, river and on meadow. Hiking, walking, biking, trails from the property. Casinos featuring 24 hour entertainment, shows and gambling. Heavenly has new adventure park for summer featuring a zip line, climbing, gondola ride all sorts of outdoor fun for all ages. Tahoe Paradise park great for kids is $5 per day for parking or walk in. Endless bike trails throughout the area. 15 minutes to Tahoe beaches. Beautiful waterfalls from house only short hike away.
