LIVING AREA

Unwind with a movie on the 50-inch Apple TV in the main living space. Upstairs, the bright and airy loft features a queen sofa bed, a game chair, and a 42-inch TV with Xbox—perfect for kids or an additional lounge area.

KITCHEN & DINING

The updated kitchen shines with all-new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and everything needed to prepare home-cooked meals with ease. Gather around the glossy dining table with seating for eight for memorable dinners and game nights.

BED & BATH

The second-floor primary suite offers a king bed, a 40-inch Apple TV, and a beautifully updated en-suite bathroom with granite counters and a tiled walk-in shower.
Downstairs, the second bedroom features a queen bed, while the third bedroom includes a custom twin-over-full bunk bed. Both rooms provide direct access to the backyard and patio.
The main-floor bathroom is refreshed with new tile, granite accents, and a tub/shower combination with a glass door.

Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
