You can rent our beautiful Timeshare Studio in the Marriott Grand Residence in South Lake Tahoe at a fraction of the regular cost.

You can't get any closer to the Gondola than this, and have a beautiful studio with all the amenities you could ask for. And everything is within walking distance! There are many shops, restaurants, a theater, casinos, live shows, visitor center, gondola, hiking trails, etc. You can be on the slopes, hiking on a trail, or at the beach without ever getting in your car.

Our condo has a full kitchen, full bath, Queen bed, dining table, security safe, fast wireless internet, widescreen TV and DVD.

Valet Parking is only $10 / day for one car ($25 off the normal rate). And free washer & dryer use down the hallway. There is also a large Fitness room, Sauna, Steam room, and Spa. Please note, there is no cleaning or linen service provided during your stay.

You can't beat the accommodations, location, and amenities of this beautiful resort!

The unit is strictly limited to 2 adults maximum.
