Downstairs, a second living room connected to bedrooms 2 and 3 offers a 65" TV, dual recliners, and two armchairs for relaxing movie nights. We manage several nearby homes, so if you're planning for a larger group, we can help arrange multiple properties. Once your reservation is confirmed, a rental agreement will be sent for signature. The home will be prepared with a starter supply of items such as soaps and paper products.

Key ordinances include:
• Occupancy and vehicle limits must never be exceeded
• Street parking is prohibited
• Outdoor areas of the home may not be used after 10 p.m.
• Trash must be placed in designated bear-proof containers or dumpsters (locations posted on the fridge)

Pets are not allowed in this home. If you have a trained Service or ESA dog, we can assist you in finding a dog-friendly property.
