Come to Lake Tahoe for the season! This mountain retreat is located in the picturesque and highly desirable neighborhood of Montgomery Estates. This spacious open concept home features 6 beds, 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, has a large jetted spa tub in the master. It is the perfect setting and home for a large family! Unique features include a beautiful custom wall mounted arcade with over 1,000 games for endless family entertainment!

The main living area is an open floor plan ideal for a large family or a multiple family gathering. The large great room has a beautiful rocked gas fireplace, vaulted ceilings, a mounted 4K Wi-Fi Smart TV, and an abundance of windows providing warm natural light. A step up leads to the mountain-style dining area with seating at the table for eight and seating at the elongated breakfast bar for six. The fully-equipped chef’s kitchen is completely renovated and pictures all be updated shortly! It has new stainless steel appliances, plenty of cabinet and counter space, and a view overlooking the back yard with mountains. One of the four spacious bedrooms is also on the first level, with a queen bed and a full-size pullout couch. A newly-renovated full bathroom with a shower/tub combination and a laundry room with a new washer and dryer complete this level.

The three additional bedrooms and two full baths are on the upper floor of this two-story home. The master suite has a queen bed, vaulted ceilings, a private outdoor deck, another Smart Wi-Fi TV, and an en suite full bathroom with dual vanity sinks, a jetted spa, and a separate shower. The third and fourth guest rooms have queen beds and share a newly-renovated full bathroom with dual vanity sinks, a concrete countertop, and a shower and tub combination.

The 11,000 square foot lot features four outdoor decks for starry nights and sunny mornings, and beautiful mountain views. Hot Tub not available at this time. The oversized garage comfortably fits two cars. This mountain retreat is centrally located and is within five miles of the slopes of Heavenly Ski Resort, the beaches of magnificent Lake Tahoe, and the state line casino area. If you don’t feel like driving, the house is a short stroll away from the entrance to the High Meadows Trails which boast miles and miles of gorgeous forested trails ideal for hiking, biking, snow shoeing, or cross-country skiing.
Make yourself comfortable in this vacation home, which features a fireplace and a Smart TV. There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected. The bathroom with a shower/tub combination features a jetted bathtub and a hair dryer.

Awesome Home

This property is great. The kitchen and two of the bathrooms have been completely remodeled. The huge open floorpan is perfect for family entertaining and gathering. Its about an 8 minute drive to Heavenly's Ski Resorts California Lodge. The drive to the casinos takes about 10 minutes. Within walking distance up the road is a trailhead for hiking. The owners communication was awesome. I would rent this property again for sure.

Attention to detail lacking

This place is spacious, quiet and comfortable. However, the carpets were very dirty, the check-in code was provided after the check-in time (after I placed a call to VRBO), and attention to detail was lacking, particularly in the kitchen, e.g., insufficient glassware and cups and no clean sponge provided. I provided a long list of deficiencies to the property owner, who indicated his intent to correct them.

Family get away

It was a nice home very roomy and accommodating. Sadly there was an issue with the gas being locked off (human error) but was rectified within 24 hrs. It put a hiccup in our stay but we managed. They got on it immediately. Luckily we cooked breakfast on the BBQ and there water heater huge so still had hot water. It was a good stay!

Great house. A lot of beautiful hand made furniture in the house. Great location, not too far from the water or state line. Plenty of space in the living room and kitchen is great! Some of the negatives were that the carpet has a lot of stains, no shampoo or soap in the bathrooms, no sidewalk or "steps" to the hot tub so your feet/shoes get dirty, dishwasher didn't work properly so we just washed dishes by hand. Positives: bathrooms are nice and renovated. Kitchen is big and beautiful, two ovens, big fridge, 2 car garage and plenty of parking, great views, 3 balconies, master bedroom is great, decorations and furniture are nice. He also has a diy arcade game that has a lot of the old school arcade/console games! Very nice. Would stay here again and definitely recommend. Owner is easy to communicate with as well. Thank you

Would Definitely Stay Here Again

This home is in an extremely convenient location. Close to jet skiing, parasailing, biking and other great activities. It is a roomy, gorgeous home with beautiful updates. I loved how the kitchen was open to the dining and living rooms. The living room has sliding glass doors on opposite sides, that, when opened, allowed the most wonderful breezes to blow through and created a very outdoor feeling inside the home. Because of the open floor plan concept, out family could remain social while cooking meals. My 10 year old daughter said we definitely need to rate this home with 5 stars. Our dogs were very comfortable too.

Perfect place for large groups!

This place was so perfect for our gathering. It has a great open layout so that we could all enjoy each other’s company without feeling cramped. Other perks included the fact that other neighbors weren’t too close by and there is a nice long driveway for parking. Everything was in working order and clean. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Great House - just bring your own pillows

The house was great. Huge living room that didn’t make everyone feel claustrophobic that blends into the kitchen and dining area well, which is great for making everyone feel apart of conversations, etc. No bunk beds in rooms so if you need more sleeping capacity, bring air mattresses. Pillows weren’t very comfortable, and beds are on the firmer side, so if you’re a back sleeper, you’re good. If you’re a side sleeper, definitely bring your own pillow. Overall had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!

Tahoe family vacation

This was our first family vacation with our 2 adult kids that included the grandfather, a husband, a girlfriend, her sister, the two of us and our first grandchild an infant. 8 plus baby and this house was plenty roomy. Great large kitchen, family room and the bedrooms were good size. Great location easy drive to beaches, stores and state line. We did all meals in and the kitchen was fully equipped, plus BBQ. All bedrooms had sheets, blankets and pillows. Laundry room with full washer and dryer. We had such a good time in this house very welcoming and comfortable.
