Situated in a quiet neighborhood, you’ll enjoy the peace and serenity of South Lake Tahoe while still being close enough to the action. Just a short ride to the lake, golfing, Ski Run Marina, shopping, casinos, and Heavenly Village.
After a long day of exploring the sights and sounds of Tahoe, enjoy a relaxing soak under the stars in the backyard hot tub. There’s plenty of room for the entire family in the spacious living room for a movie or game night. There is also a secondary living area downstairs perfect for the kids.
There is plenty of space and bedrooms to choose from with accommodations for up to 8 people. The spacious master bedroom is situated on the second floor with a King-size bed, fireplace, TV, and attached bathroom for privacy. The master bathroom has a jacuzzi bathtub, walk-in shower, and dual sinks. The two guest bedrooms can be found on the first floor of the home. These guest bedrooms are furnished with Queen-size beds. There is access to a guest bathroom in the hallway with a shower/tub combo. An additional half bathroom is available upstairs.
