Charming and romantic, this stylish 1BR chalet is newly remodeled using sustainable materials. The cozy A-frame features tasteful, modern decor in a fabulous setting, just 5 miles from Heavenly Resort, Sierra at Tahoe, and Stateline. Arranged on two levels with a spiral staircase to a loft, this home is pet-friendly!

Nestled in a serene, forested neighborhood, this chalet offers a picturesque retreat. The open-concept living space features an electric fireplace, ceiling-to-floor windows, and modern eco-friendly design. The downstairs bedroom has a queen-size bed. Upstairs, two twin beds in the loft. The downstairs full bath has a single sink, shower, and tub.

The remodeled kitchen features a French door fridge with bottom freezer, electric stovetop, and dishwasher.

This home does not have air conditioning.

We had a wonderful stay in Lake Tahoe! The cabin was everything we wanted it to be. It was cozy, charming, and very close to town. Our only issue was the noise of the heater going on and off in the middle of the night. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay!

Lovely weekend stay

The property is so beautiful, with an incredible amount of snow! The A frame design was cool! The cabin it’s self was warm and cozy, clean and bright. Great cabin for a smaller family 1-2 children. Heavy snow over the weekend but snow removal team was on top of it for the driveway. Very modern kitchen suited to the coffee lover. Staff was very responsive to a request for an additional day due to stormy conditions. Will definitely be back!

Charming A-Frame in the woods

This is a wonderful home, beautifully appointed, in close proximity to all of the fun of South Lake Tahoe. While cozy, it was the perfect size for my small family. Perfect lake retreat

Thrilled with the amenities in this well-stocked and beautifully decorated space, we were able to enjoy all that Lake Tahoe has to offer…and recharge as well!
