The open living space offers comfortable seating to watch movies on the 32in TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

The bright kitchen has granite countertops and full-size appliances including a gas stove. Sip morning coffee at the kitchen bar with seating for two.

Enjoy meals together or an evening of board games at the four-seat dining table.

BED & BATH

The primary bedroom has a queen bed with memory foam mattress, while the second bedroom has a full bed and twin-over-twin bunk bed. Both bedrooms have closets and share a full bath equipped with a tub/shower combination.

A convenient half bath and a washer/dryer set. Both bathrooms offer a TOTO wash-let with remote control that offers heated seats, air deodorizer, and warm air dryer.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Outside there is a four-seat bistro set, Char-Broil 4-burner gas grill and a three-person hammock swing on the patio.

Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home.

Just a few steps away, Hansen's Toboggan and Saucer Hill is your go-to for sledding, snow tubing, and other winter sports.

THE FINE PRINT

Strict ordinances govern Lake Tahoe vacation rentals. This home cannot be used for any parties or weddings/receptions. Maximum allowable occupancy is 4 people and 1 car, enforced/patrolled 24 hours/day. Over-occupancy, excess vehicles, or excessive noise at any time of day will result in guest fine up to $2,000 - in addition to any fines assessed against the homeowner by local authorities. Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy may result in eviction. This home is located in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large/noisy groups. No smoking and no pets permitted. VHR License # 9534.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
