This studio condo has just been remodeled with hardwood floors, new kitchen with stainless appliances and new furnishings. Located within 4 miles of Heavenly Ski Resort and 5 miles of area casinos, you are within a few minutes drive of activities and night life. Enjoy a view of the marina from your dining area and walk to the lake each morning! As of July 31, 2021 this condo will only be available for 31 night stays.


We want you to enjoy your stay but please understand your property is located in a residential neighborhood. Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy will result in eviction. Absolutely no use of the hot tub after 10 PM per ordinance.
