A spacious living room offers a stone-inset fireplace, a shuffleboard and game table, and the kitchen features new stainless steel appliances. This home has comfortable sleeping and dining for a family of 9 if children are included. It cannot host more than 8 adults. This applies 24/7.

Whether you are a family with kids or a group of lifelong friends, you will find convenience and comfort throughout this home. The upper most level holds 4 bedrooms, the great room with kitchen, dining area, and living space — great for the kids or the young at heart to be together and close to all the action. The downstairs level has the 4th bedroom, which is a master, and a laundry room with washer and dryer. The separated downstairs bedroom is ideal for a couple who would prefer a little privacy during their vacation.

This is one of the rare homes in South Lake Tahoe with both central heating and air conditioning.

Perfect Place

Our stay was great. The place was clean and cozy. Great location. We were able to walk to heavenly with our gear and hop on gondala within 10 minutes. Lots of great places to shop and eat within walking distance. The area was safe and well maintained. Will 100% stay here again!
