We are expecting a great winter season, book your ski trip now.

This updated and very clean Tahoe keys studio is perfect for a couple or a family with a kid or two. There is one CAL King bed, full bath, washer dryer and a pull out couch. This condo is located with easy access year round off of Ala Wai Boulevard in the Tahoe Keys. This studio features a gas fireplace, smart TV, fully equipped kitchen, full bath and a washer and dryer. This could become your favorite spot to use as a home base to explore Lake Tahoe. In the summer bring your bikes and take a ride to the lake, in the winter it is an easy drive to Heavenly Ski Resort, a bit farther Sierra at Tahoe or Kirkwood.

The living area has two comfortable couches facing the gas fireplace and the television.
There is a second small TV in the sleeping area.

The kitchen is upgraded and has every thing you need to prep meals during your stay.

The Cal King bed is set at the back of the unit and there is an accordion style screen to separate the sleeping area from the living area. The dining room tables seats 4 people and is adjacent to the kitchen.
There is a small patio area off the living area, a great spot to have a cup of coffee and enjoy our fresh mountain air (or a glass of wine and watch the spectacular sunsets).

Guests have the option of purchasing a pass to use the out door pool (seasonal), and the indoor pool currently being remodeled (HOA is still setting rules for vacation rentals, as they were just allowed again, policy may change).

City of South Lake Tahoe Permit Regulations state 4 adults (2 children under 13 may accompany you). There is a decibel monitor in the home and a ring camera on the entryway.
