Nestled in the wonderful Meyers neighborhood of South Lake Tahoe, this comfortable three-bedroom cabin is perfect for families and friends looking to enjoy the best of winter in the mountains.

After a day on the slopes or out exploring, come home to a warm and welcoming living space with a gas fireplace, TV, and plenty of cozy seating. Gather around the dining table for a family meal, enjoy a movie night, play games, or simply relax and enjoy being away from it all.



The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite comfort food.

The fully fenced backyard and (new) deck offer outdoor space to enjoy the fresh mountain air when weather conditions allow. If enough snow falls, there's an opportunity for some snowy backyard fun, too!



With three bedrooms and two full bathrooms across two levels, the cabin accommodates up to six guests.

If you love to ski at Sierra At Tahoe this is a great cabin for you.

Depending on traffic and what time you leave home you can be at the lodge in under 20 minutes.

The El Dorado County vacation rental ordinances strictly limit and monitor occupancy and the # of vehicles.

Quiet hours are strictly enforced 10:00pm-8:00am

Fines will be imposed upon guest of record for any violations of the ordinances.



While staying here, please make sure to follow local ordinances (noise/maximum occupancy and maximum vehicles on site)

The El Dorado County vacation rental ordinance requires a signed rental agreement for every reservation.

Maximum Number of Occupants 6, children 5 and under are not counted, occupancy rules in effect at all times.

Maximum Number of Vehicles: 4 must be parked in the carport or the driveway, no street or dirt parking allowed

When traveling to Tahoe in the winter be prepared for winter driving, possible road closures and delays in snow removal. You are booking a trip to the mountains so come prepared.

Our snow removal crews work every day, but we have no control over the county road snowplows that clear the roads.

4WD and or chains are always recommended. If you come in a small, low-profile vehicle you may have difficulties.

Tahoe experiences frequent power outages during heavy snowstorms or wind. We do provide lanterns or flashlights.

Fantastic Tahoe Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property management company was professional, concise with their communication, and was thorough with their instructions. The house was spotless when we arrived and was provided the proper amenities for our guest stay. Location was excellent and made easy access to the outdoor activities which we had planned. It is a quiet neighborhood and the neighbors were friendly and enjoyed listening to one of them playing the acoustic guitar one night.Only reason why they didn’t get a perfect review is because some of the kitchen table chairs were due for maintenance / replaced and the upstairs shower had low water pressure issues. All of which was a small insignificant matter which can be fixed. Would definitely recommend this property to friends or anyone else that would like a Tahoe getaway.

Great Getaway

We came up for a weekend with friends. The house is super clean. Plenty of room for 6 adults. Neighbors were nice. Communication with the property managers was excellent! Could not have asked for more.

Perfect for Family

The house was a very comfortable place for our family to enjoy our stay in the Lake Tahoe area! There was plenty of room for us all together in the living room and dining room and prepare meals in the kitchen. The kids had fun in the backyard, which was huge! And it was a short drive to the grocery store and restaurants. An area that would enhance our stay next time is newer/updated sheets for the beds and a new mattress on the full size bed upstairs. Overall, we’d definitely stay again.

Relaxing, great location, all comforts of home

Spacious and relaxing for four adults. All the comforts of home. Michelle the manager communicated well. Wonderful to sit on back or front decks and take in the forested area in morning, sipping a hot beverage. Great location and, for most part, quiet neighborhood, except for the nearby neighbor who insisted on banging on his roof until sundown each night, and the next door neighbor lady who decided to talk loudly outside around 2am one night (note: if you're somewhat allergic to animal dander, don't pet her dog - immediate hives). Not sure prop mgmnt folks can control that. Also, know there's little soundproofing between 1st and 2nd floor, so those below can hear most sounds from 2nd floor directly above. Overall, it worked fine for our group. Would stay again!

Pics were a bit deceiving…

We booked our 4th of July weekend stay 3+ months in advance. Upon check-in, we found the rental to not quite meet what we felt was presented in the photos for the following reasons… - The yard was not maintained - Several rows of roof shingles were missing over the from door and several hanging off the front of the house, not a good impression when we arrived :( - Plus nextdoor neighbor property super sketchy - The back deck was completely demolished with random construction gear in the yard, leaving no comfortable 4th of July patio grilling/seating. Big bummer. Unfortunately, it was not comfortable to spend time outside of the cabin due to unkempt yard. The front deck was not inviting, a few dusty plastic chairs and no other furnishings. One week before our arrival, there was a quick mention of back demo in email. Nothing we could do at that point on a holiday weekend! - Thick cobwebs in the beams above the bed in the master, felt dusty/dingy upstairs. Surprisingly, zero lake towels provided nor any useful items for a day at the lake, such as a cooler, umbrella, etc. Not having to buy these sorts of things (for family travel) SHOULD be a perk of staying at a rental home versus a hotel. A fan in each room would go a long way in the summertime as this property does not have A/C. We found 1, but there are 3 bedrooms. All beds comfortable, except the full in the 2nd room upstairs (too hard). Small investments by the owner would make this rental much better. Thx!

Nice area

Everything was ok except the kitchen table was a little dirty, some cobwebs and the toilet downstairs was crooked and to close to the cabinet, I keept hitting my behind every time I used it. It needs to be move more to the tub so you don’t hit your but with the toilet paper holder.
